Adriohn Richardson
Founder/Creative Coach
What do you get when you take a kid from the west side of Chicago, accordion player, magician, Hip Hop MC, IT professional, actor and roll them into one? No not a Mel Brooks film. You get me, Mr. Adriohn Richardson. In case you were wondering how to pronounce my interesting, but cool first name, it’s pronounced A-dree-ahn.
Despite growing up in an economically disadvantaged neighborhood, the value of education, community involvement, and dreaming big were instilled through my family and neighbors. What lacked in financial resources, I developed a vast imagination and learned to use creativity to be very resourceful at an early age.
I’m a first-generation college graduate and proud alumnus of the HBCU Tennessee State University. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Science.
I have over two decades experience of enriching the lives of over 200,000 youth and adults through the arts, education, physical play, and faith-based ministry. As a versatile presenter and coach, I have presented and taught as a teaching artist, youth speaker, actor, musician, sports coach, college recruiter, trade show host, and ministry teacher.
InspireFlow Arts was birthed out of my desire to help equip and empower youth and adults by using creative thinking to change their lives holistically.

As a first-generation Italian American and second-generation New York Jew, I answer to Jew-Talian - especially if you scream it aggressively.
After graduating from NYU with a BA in Dramatic Literature, I learned by doing in the comedy clubs of NYC before moving to LA to be a series regular on network television. I have been featured in The New York Times, London’s Q Magazine, The LA Times, and In Style Magazine, and I have an international cult following for my stand-up comedy which features impressions of Madonna and Cher.
I’ve written jokes for both Joan Rivers and Roseanne (and lived to tell about it), RuPaul invited me to be a comedy judge on Drag Race, and Al Roker had me as a guest on The Today Show and then told America “Ginsburg Rules!” I may or may not have that tattooed somewhere.
My passion for my craft is only equal to my commitment to cultivating the self-esteem of children through mentorship and the creative arts. As someone who has dealt with crippling low self-esteem and depression, I understand intimately the transformative power of creativity. Training myself to pull out of the darkness by finding and developing my voice are skills that have literally kept me alive, and I consider it a privilege to be able to pay that forward under the umbrella of Adriohn's vision.
I have worked as a substitute teacher in the private, charter, and public school systems in LA and served as the program director for Camp Super Duper, where I met Adriohn and Jessica. I love getting to inspire and flow as a part of this team and am excited to continue impacting many lives through creativity.

Like many who make the move West, I’ve worked many jobs since arriving in Los Angeles in 2017. I’ve been a fast food worker, nanny, tutor, camp counselor, camp program director, substitute teacher, teacher’s assistant, lead teacher, and a combination of these all at once. And though I didn’t start where I thought I would with a BA in Elementary Education, I made it a priority to level up every time. There was no “aha” moment when I knew I would be in education, but it’s become a real passion of mine to meet the educational and social-emotional needs of children and their families.
As a first-generation Salvadoran American, it’s a priority for me to create curriculum centered on bringing ALL cultures into the classroom. It’s important for the next generation to feel a sense of ownership and pride when thinking about the blessings bestowed upon them by their forgotten ancestors. When we discover and study our ancestral lineages, we can begin to see how paths cross, join, and branch out. And when we discuss these paths, we understand that our differences don’t make us so different.
My dreams of teaching expand beyond the needs of the children I am serving in my classroom. InspireFlow’s Hip Hop education parallels the social-emotional work I do at school, and Adriohn and Nadya’s passions align with my own. It's fulfilling to bring all my knowledge and compassion to the organization and the people it serves.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. Even at a young age, those around me knew I was a precocious child. Unlike many of the neighborhood kids I grew up around, I decided to forego conventional wisdom…..and become a Cubs fan. So yes, since I was a wee lad, I’ve been known to go against the grain.
After attending one of the best High Schools in the country, Whitney Young Magnet H.S., I decided to join the United States Air Force. Why, you may ask. Was it the civic sense of duty? Was it the patriotism I have for our great nation? No!! It was because my recruiter told me that every base had a gym that I could use…for free. Yes, you read that correctly. FREE!! This is where my love of fitness flourished.
After leaving the Military, with honors, I decided to attend college to begin my education. While obtaining and graduating with honors with a BS degree in Exercise Physiology, I started my 1st One on One Personal Fitness training company to help people achieve a level of fitness that they never thought possible. This solidified the fact that Fitness & Wellness were more than just a passion, they had become my life.
Now, with over 35+ years in the industry and helping dozens of people reach their full potential. I not only help with helping people aesthetically, but I also improve health, provide injury rehab & prevention and overall wellness. My clientele ranges anywhere from Pre-teen to geriatric, ‘get ready for summer’ to rehab patient, weekend warrior to Professional and Olympic athletes.
Also, unlike a lot of so-called “fitness influencers” in the over saturated world of Personal Trainers/Coaches, I practice what I preach. As a competitive bodybuilder, I have amassed an impressive list of victories. Including, but not limited to: Mr. Illinois, Mr. America, Mr. World & Mr. Universe, just to name a few.
So to embark on this journey with Adriohn & InspireFlow Arts is more than just a passion project, it’s an Inspired calling.
